Beloved, some people love to listen to sermons and that is good, because that is the job of the evangelists, His job is to evangelies to the people, and for what purpose, to lift them up, and to tell them that all their troubles can be gone, and to tell them about savlation. Beloved Sermons don't set you free, the word of God will. You see, that is find, that is the job of the evangelist. But you see, their is more to God's word then we been thoght.

Now beloved, their are some people out there that are PROGRAMMED, to listen to sermons, and you see, they never bother to pick up the word of God. Now you might say will sometimes I'm too lazy or I just don't have time, or maybe even to much of worldly things get in your way, but you see my beloved, the real reason is you are not Disciplined in God living word. So you will go all through your life thinking that a sermon will set you free.

John 8,31:32  To the jews who had believed Him, Jesus said, "If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples."  Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.

Now Jesus is saying, If you hold to my teaching, Now you might ask your self, what teaching is that ? Beloved, sermons are okay, they are fine, but Jesus is saying my teaching is the whole word, meaning all of it.

Now listen my beloved, I'm not against sermons, that's not what I am saying. Let me put it to you like this, We go to church on sunday, and we hear a beautiful sermon, and when we hear that sermon, it lifts us up, we feel great, we have joy, and all are troubles and problems are gone for "THAT DAY", Beloved did you just hear what I just said, do you understand the meaning of "Just That Day".

Listen beloved, the word Christian is not a religion it's a Reality. You see beloved, a sremon just on one sunday is not going to get it. It's okay for that day, but what about the other six days of the week when your in the world, going about your day to day life.

Beloved, did't you ever wonder why you get the monday blues, right afther a great sermon on sunday ? You see beloved, it's because we don't hold on to the teaching, the teaching beloved, is the word of God. Again sermons are fine, but we need to grab hold, yes grab of that Book which is the word of God wereby you are really His disciple.

Now beloved, the word Disciple from the Greek means, To Learn, To Train, To be a Student, and to Discipline yourself in God's word.

You see, we have to be in training, we have to be always wanting to learn, we must discipline ourselfs in God's word. You see, that is what the word discipline means. Now beloved, when we become disciplined in God's word, then beloved, the word became "PREGNANT" which means through the Holy Spirit, a seed is planted in your Mind , your Heart, and your Soul.

It produces, You might also ask yourself, what will it produce ? Beloved, have you never read ? It produces the fruit, Beloved, the fruit is the wisdom and the knowledge of knowing God's over all plan of Salvation, and how to stand in these end times, wereby you will not be deceived.

So what am I trying to say, well I'll say it like this, "Get Up and Get that Book off the Shelf, Rub the Dust off of it and begin to discipline yourself in God's Living word, wereby you will become a student. Now remember the word "Disciple" means, Student, Learning, and  Training. So you see, when Jesus spoke the parable in the Book of John 8,31:32, the twelve men were disciples, you see, they too were in training, they also were learining, they were also students, So now you might ask, will what does that mean ? Beloved, what that means is that they were not" APOSTLES" yet!

Now the word apostles from the Greek means, "ONE SENT FORTH" So you see, in order for you to go forth, you must discipline yourself to be in training and learning , so you too may become an apostle. Beloved, then and only then will the truth come in and be sealed in your mind, and then you will be able to put on the full armor of God which is the Shield of Faith, the Helmet of Salvation, the Breastplate of Righteuotsness, the Belt of Truth, the Shoes which is the Gosple of Peace, and the Sword which is the Word of God. And now beloved, you have become spiritulally transformed into a mighty warrior of God.

So now that you are fully dressed with the word of God, Nothing can stand against you, yes, not even the evil powers of darkness. So you see beloved, it all comes down to one thing, by learning God's word, by becoming trained in God's word, by faith in God's word, through the Holy Spirit, and becoming disciplined in God's word, then my beloved, we have the victory over death, so you see, that's why God says
